Who WE ARE
Long-time vintners, lovers of spirits and enamored by gin, we began this journey to capture the essence of each ingredient to craftā¦spirits with spirit.
Using foragers and wildcrafters, we find our herbs at peak maturity. The ratio of each ingredient affects the synergy of the final aromas and flavors. A botanical mix that looks good on paper may not succeed, and only taste will tell. Wine generously allows you three to four weeks during the fermentation to get it right, while gin only gives you eight hours to bring out the individual character of the botanicals. Our amazing journey has brought us to crafting spiritsā¦ We felt perfectly prepared for the challenge, after harvesting and bottling 48 vintages of wine in three countries.

Cape Tea Gin hails from the Rooibos bush of the Cedarburg Wilderness, Western Cape, South Africa. The leaves are bruised, fermented to bring out the fruit note. Cassia and cubeb pepper frame the character. MORE ABOUT CAPE TEA GIN
Caravan Tea Gin is dried over burning pine needles for a smoky note. The distillation captures notes of the Lapsang Souchong leaf. Cardamom and long pepper carefully frame the character with a titillating smoke note. MORE ABOUT CARAVAN TEA GIN

Mixed with our award-winning Cape Gin, these glass-free cocktails are ready for outdoor activities, beaches, and fiery fun. Coit small-batch Cape Gin is fruity, fermented with rooibos tea from the Western Cape of South Africa. Each cocktail is named after an early San Francisco settlement.
