How To Make Alcatraz Views

  • 2 Parts Coit Earl Grey Tea Gin
  • .25 Part Mandarine Napoléon Orange Liqueur
  • 1 Part Fresh Lemonade
  • 1 Part Regatta Ginger Beer
  • Garnish with Fresh Mint and Tajin Rim
Method: Rim One Side of Glass with Lime and Tajin. Add all ingredients into a tall mixing glass and stir, transfer over fresh ice in the Rimmed Glass. Garnish with Mint.

How To Make San Francisco Days

  • 2 Parts Coit Earl Grey Tea Gin
  • 1 Part Lemon Honey (Equal parts fish lemon and honey)
  • 1 Part Condensed Hibiscus Tea (2 Tea Bags per 4oz of water ratio)
  • Topped of with Sparkling wine
  • Garnished with Edible flower (prefer orange or yellow in color) and rosemary sprig
Method : Pour all ingredients over ice, shake and strain into a coupe or champagne flute, top off with sparkling wine and garnish)

How To Make Telegraph game

  • 1.5 Part Coit Earl Gray Tea Gin
  • Twisted Alchemy Fresh Pressed Organic Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 Sugar Cube
  • Squeeze of Lime from 1 Sliced Wedge
  • Garnish with Fresh Basil Leaf on top
Method: Muddle 2 Fresh Basil Leaves, Sugar Cube and Fresh Lime in a Mixing Glass, add ice and remaining ingredients to shake. Strain all ingredients into a wide mouth Martini Glass and Garnish with a basil Leaf.

SMOKEY NEGRONI

How To Make Smokey Negroni

  • 1 oz. COIT Caravan Gin
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • .5 oz. Carpano Antica
  • .5 oz. Luxardo Amaro
Pour all ingredients into shaker. Add ice and shake. Pour over cubed ice into rocks glass. Garnish with branded orange peel and top with flaming rosemary spriggs. (Carefully light rosemary spriggs on fire and place on top of glass.)

WHEN LAVENDER BLOOMS

How To Make Martini

  • 2 oz. COIT Earl Gray Gin
  • 1 oz. St. Germaine
  • .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lavender Lemonade
  • .25 oz. Pinot Noir
  • .25 oz. Soda Water

This is a 2-part cocktail.

Part 1: Pour St. Germaine, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Soda Water into shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Part 2: Pour 2 oz. COIT Earl Gray Gin into shaker. Add Fresh Lavender Lemonade and Pinot Noir. Add ice and shake. Gently strain, over a bar spoon, into one side of the martini glass to create the layer. Garnish with flowers and strung grapes.

CALIENTE GIN-RITA

How To Make Gin-Rita

  • 2 oz. COIT Cape Gin
  • .5 oz. Cointreau Noir
  • .75 oz. Yuzu Juice
  • .75 oz. Agave
  • Muddle 1 jalapeno slice and 1 basil leaf in shaker.

Pour all ingredients into shaker. Add ice and shake. Rim the Margarita glass with Chamoy and dip in Tajin. Pour all ingredients from shaker into Margarita glass. Garnish with fresh basil and jalapenos.

Drizzle Chamoy over drink.

BITTER HEARTS

How To Make Bitter Hearts

  • 2 oz. COIT Indiana Straight Bourbon
  • .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Infused Madagascar Vanilla Bean Agave 6-7 Droplets Crafted Amaretto Bitters
  • 1 Egg White
  • Pour 2 oz. COIT Indiana Straight Bourbon into shaker. Add Lemon Juice, Agave and Egg White.
  • Dry shake until frothy, at least 10 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake. Strain into coupe glass.
  • Place small droplets of Amaretto Bitters onto top of froth, cascading downward (about 6-7 droplets).
  • From the top, run a toothpick downwards through the center of the droplets creating small “Bitter Hearts.”

SOUTH SIDE with COIT Earl Gray Gin

How To Make South Side

  • 60ml COIT Earl Gray Gin
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 20 simple syrup
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • Spring of mint, to garnish
Combine all ingredients except mint in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously until chilled. Add mint leaves and shake gently. Strain into a cold glass and garnish generously with mint.

MARTINI

How To Make Martini

  • 80ml COIT Earl Gray gin
  • 20ml dry vermouth
  • Olive or lemon zest, to garnish
Combine vermouth and gin in a chilled cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until blended and chilled. Strain into a cold martini glass and garnish.

EARL GREY PUNCH – Hot

How To Make Earl Grey Hot Punch

  • 24oz Coit Earl Grey Gin
  • 24oz fresh orange juice
  • 12oz fresh lemon juice
  • 8oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
  • 24oz water
  • Cinnamon stick, cloves, and lemon slice for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and simmer on low. Serve in a mug with a lemon slice, cinnamon stick, and cloves to garnish.

BRIT 75

How To Make Brit 75 Cocktail

  • 1.0 oz Coit Earl Grey Gin
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
  • Sparkling wine
  • Orange peel twist
Fill a shaker with ice, add tea infused gin, lemon juice, syrup and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled champagne glass and top with sparkling wine. Add lemon twist.

NEGRONI

How To Make Negroni Cocktail

  • 2.0 oz Coit Earl Grey Gin
  • 0.8 oz Campano Antiqua Formulae (Italian Vermouth)
  • 0.2 oz Campari
  • Orange peel ribbon for garnish
Fill a mixing glass with ice, add all ingredients and stir thoroughly until well chilled. Strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel ribbon, expressing the oils over the top of the drink.

COIT GIN & TONIC

How To Make Coit G&T Cocktail

  • A G&T is a perfect way to express the tea notes.
  • 50ml Coit Spirits Earl Grey Gin
  • 150ml Tonic Water
  • Garnish with orange peel, and for a flare add thyme and red peppercorns.
Our Earl Grey Gin is produced with the TEA in the still. The Distillation captures the pure essence of the black tea and bergamot citrus.

OLD FASHIONED

How To Make Old Fashioned Cocktail

  • Ice
  • 2 oz of Coit Bourbon
  • 1 tsp simple syrup (1:1 concentration)
  • Two dashes Peychaud bitters
  • Garnish with orange peel, flame the orange peel for flavor and WOW factor.
The corn and rye grains provide the backbone, the wheat uplifts both aroma & flavor, and the barley harmonizes all three.

SAZERAC

How To Make Sazerac Cocktail

  • Absinthe, to rinse
  • 2 oz Coit Bourbon
  • 1 tsp simple syrup (1:1 concentration)
  • 1⁄2 tsp cold water
  • 5 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Absinthes rinse a glass, discard excess & set aside. In a mixing glass add other ingredients on ice, stir & chill, then strain into the prepared glass. Twist lemon peel into a twirl, balance on the rim.

MINT TULIP

How To Make Mint Tulip Cocktail

  • Ice
  • 2.5 oz of Coit Bourbon
  • 1 tsp simple syrup (1:1 concentration)
  • 4 Bruised mint leaves
Fill a glass with ice, add ingredients, muddle & chill. Strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
