How To Make South Side
- 60ml COIT Earl Gray Gin
- 30 ml lime juice
- 20 simple syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Spring of mint, to garnish
Combine all ingredients except mint in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously until chilled. Add mint leaves and shake gently. Strain into a cold glass and garnish generously with mint.
