COIT Indiana Straight Bourbon into shaker. Add Lemon Juice, Agave and Egg White. Dry shake until frothy, at least 10 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake. Strain into coupe glass. Place small droplets of Amaretto Bitters onto top of froth, cascading downward (about 6-7 droplets).
